The maximum number of participants is limited for all courses. Registrations will be processed in the sequence in which they are received and written acknowledgement of receipt will be provided.

The participant’s data will be electronically processed for internal purposes. The data received together with the registration will be stored in accordance with the data privacy laws.

Please note that your registration is legally binding. Should a registered participant not be able to attend then cancellation is possible and free of charge up to two weeks before the start of the course.

Cancellations

For cancellations within the fortnight prior to the course start 50% of the course fee will be invoiced and for cancellations within seven days prior to the course start 100% of the course fee will be invoiced. A replacement participant can be put forward at any point in time.

Klopotek & Partner reserves the right to modify or cancel course dates. If Klopotek & Partner cancels a course then the client will be informed in writing at least seven calendar days before the start of the course. Any claims for damages are excluded.

Course Fees

The price includes the training material, a midday snack as well as beverages. If not agreed otherwise, the fees are due for payment seven days prior to the course begin.

A company registering several participants will receive a 10% discount from the second participant upwards.
