Acquisition, contract types, contract initiation, signed contract, authors/agents as contractual partners, rights sales contracts (incl. copyright permissions), and checklist for information collection in the contracts area.
Solution and Administration:
Rights acquisition and the basic principles of acquisition in publishing companies, contract design and management, setting up and configuration of the contracts area in the PPM module (rights acquisitions and rights sales contracts) for the client. This includes reports and interfaces.
