Purpose of production and production tasks in publishing, strategic planning of production, core business processes for production at a glance (Berliner Werkstatt Herstellung (Berlin Production Workshop)), content preparation, publisher’s break-even analysis, steering production, monitoring production, production follow-up.

Solution and Administration:

Fundamentals – structures/components/interfaces, working with the project record bundle, creating and editing calculations, managing finishing states, parallel calculations, Break Even Analysis in Excel®, offer procurement, placing orders, schedule planning and monitoring, final calculation/cost overview.
Setting up and configuring the PPM module.
