Setting up customer groups, order types in book sales distribution, order receipt and processing, invoicing.

Solution and Administration:

Book customer master data: customer BSD system role, default settings concept for customer data, creating and processing customer data, searching for customers, customer information, etc.
Product master data: setting specific to sales distribution, complex products (sets and series), delivery models, series structures, product info, etc.
Book order processing: creating and processing orders, documents/reverse postings, pro forma, orders, standing orders, series standing orders, profile standing order, pending orders, etc.
