Während seiner bislang 20 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich hat sich Rob McPherson umfangreiches Wissen in den Arbeitsgebieten globales Ressourcenmanagement und Outsourcing von IT- und Geschäftsprozessen angeeignet. Gegenwärtig ist er als Leiter der Offshore Operations bei Publishing Technology in Oxford für das Geschäftsergebnis aller Offshore-Aktivitäten verantwortlich. Vor seinem Einstieg bei Publishing Technology, von 1997-2004, war Rob McPherson Business Consultant für VISTA International in London. Er war von 1994-97 als Senior Systems Analyst für Marston Book Services in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, tätig.
