Barbara Arlt has been working as Head of Production at Pearson Education since 1999, a position in which she is responsible for all aspects of production. In the last years she has been focusing on standardizing proc-esses in prepress and production as well as on content management and electronic publishing. She studied Production in Publishing and Publishing Business Management at Stuttgart Media University.
