Following an invitation from the software company Klopotek & Partner GmbH and arvato systems, the IT service provider for Bertelsmann AG, international experts from publishing houses and service providers met for the third time to deal with current strategic issues in production which publishing houses are facing today. This year, the spotlight fell on the basic principles and objectives of standardized production processes as well as the development of e-publishing with regard to markets, channels and tools. On both days, the presentations were supplemented with workshops in which specific examples were explained and discussed, while the evening event gave participants the opportunity to talk about their experiences in a relaxed atmosphere.
