More information about Klopotek SaaS

A.W. Bruna, a subsidiary of WPG Uitgevers, publishing in the Dutch and Flemish book market, went live with PPM 10.0 during December 2011.

Edinburgh University Press, the premier academic publisher in Scotland and one of the leading university presses in the UK, has selected the SaaS version of Klopotek’s Title Management and Product Marketing solution.

Early this summer 2011, PPM went live for the Elsevier Asia Pacific (APAC) locations of Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. This is the second phase of Elsevier’s APAC PPM project for book publishing. The first phase of the project included Australia and India locations, which went live in September 2010.

Influential Software, London-based suppliers of business intelligence and book/journal publishing sector solutions, have signed a multi-year agreement with Klopotek, leading supplier of international standardized software and consulting services in this sector. The agreement will see Influential Software provide bespoke BI/MIS/reporting solutions and consultancy to Klopotek’s current and future client base.

Manchester University Press, the third largest University Press in England, is going to implement the SaaS (Software as a Service) version of Klopotek’s Royalties module.

The Belgian publisher Vanden Broele, based in Bruges, has chosen a Klopotek in-house installation for handling all aspects of title management and contracts, rights and royalties management. Other areas covered by the Klopotek system will include online sales, subscription management, order processing, and distribution.

WPG Publishers, one of the leading publishing groups in Benelux, chose as early as in 2000 to implement the Klopotek publishing solution. Having relied on the system for over 10 years, now publishing houses A.W. Bruna and WPG Belgium, formerly Standaard Uitgeverij and Manteau, which were acquired by WPG last year, will also switch to the Klopotek publishing solution.

As Policy Press expands their business they have chosen Klopotek SaaS (Software as a Service), “as it was the only solution which met all our requirements within a standard internet-based system.” Alison Shaw, Director at The Policy Press, explains, "the combined benefits of an integrated system with excellent management information will enable us to meet our strategic objectives.”

What are the most important innovations and enhancements in versions 10.2, 10.4 and 10.5?

Steria, the European IT-enabled business services provider, announced it is partnering with Klopotek, the leading supplier of international standardised software and consulting services to media organisations, to launch Steria MediaSmart – a comprehensive back office solution and support function designed specifically for the media sector.

Continuum International Publishing Group, leading independent academic publisher with offices in London and New York, and Klopotek, leading provider of international software solutions to the publishing industry, have entered into an agreement to implement the Klopotek Contracts, Rights and Royalties solution (CR&R) as SaaS (Software as a Service).
