When working with product data, where do you store the cover image? When working with contract data, where do you store the signed and scanned PDF? When working with author data where do you store the author's biography and photo? The fully integrated Digital Asset Management system (DAM) stores everything, files, pictures, covers, PDFs, documents, audio and video files in a safe, reliable place and connects it with the data in the user's workflow.

There is no need for a separate DAM system, replicated data or double entry. Files can simply be stored where the user expects them: covers with the product data, contracts with the contract data and complaints with the order.
