Customer Information Day (CID) was hosted in Amsterdam for the fifth time. At the invitation of Klopotek's Dutch subsidiary, Klopotek users met to discuss enhancements in version 8.2 of the software and their experiences with the Klopotek publishing software. Participants from the Benelux countries were joined this time by guests from the UK and Germany. Interest focused on Klopotek's latest innovation for production in publishing, the Klopotek Production Cockpit, which facilitates the active and direct control of deadlines and costs. Furthermore, Klopotek introduced the new Authors Online tool for Contracts, Rights & Royalties. It gives users a detailed view on royalties, advance payments and subsidiary rights.
