Klopotek software users from Germany, the UK and the Netherlands gathered in Amsterdam to share their experiences of how they use Klopotek's software to handle new business areas. The group discussed e-nvoicing, pre-flighting of advertisement material and how Klopotek's software can help them tackle the new production challenges caused by the digital marketplace. The day before the event, participants gathered in international user groups in the Klopotek offices to discuss useful Klopotek software functionalities.

Customer Information Day is part of a series of events hosted by Klopotek that provides a forum for discussing trends and new IT solutions for the publishing industry. Other events in 2007 include a Production Forum in Berlin, Digital Asset Distribution for Book Publishers Conferences in London and New York, as well as German and international user group meetings.
