Ballon Media was looking for a system to support their growth and expansion and to control the workflows. After a thorough selection Klopotek SaaS was selected because the system covered all requirements and supported all current and new business models. In the past data like title information, production details or marketing data was spread over departments and held in several internal and external systems. This was a major obstacle in many processes and a clear goal of selecting a new system was having simple and straightforward access to all data as a basis for business decisions. Optimizing internal communication as well as communication with customers, authors and suppliers by making use of industry standards was also part of the decision for Klopotek SaaS.

The new website went live in February 2007 combining a refined design with online product information and services, which are tuned to the needs of the educational community within and beyond Sweden.
