Policy Press selects Klopotek “to help meet future strategic objectives”
Based at the University of Bristol, Policy Press is a leading social science publisher
whose aim is to improve social conditions with publications that will make a positive
difference to society. As Policy Press expands their business they have chosen
Klopotek SaaS (Software as a Service), “as it was the only solution which met all our requirements within a standard internet-based system.”
Alison Shaw, Director at The Policy Press, explains, “we want to streamline and
integrate all of our publishing processes, become ONIX-compliant and automate our
data feeds in and out of the system. The combined benefits of an integrated system
with excellent management information will enable us to meet our strategic
objectives.”
Alison summed up, “working more efficiently and improving our performance is our
goal.” She also pointed to the long-term strategic advantage that “the Klopotek system will continue to be developed in line with our changing needs.”
John Lawson, Sales Director at Klopotek UK, remarks, “publishers are increasingly
looking for robust software which is sufficiently tried and tested but which is flexible
enough to accommodate rapid change. We are very happy that Policy Press has
opted for Klopotek SaaS, and we look forward to helping them implement their new
system.”
