Customer Service Amsterdam 

The Customer Service department is part of our service organization and offers quick support and consultancy for publishers in the Benelux countries using Klopotek software.

The hotline answers questions that can occur when working with our software and develops immediate solutions to meet customer requirements.

The Klopotek telephone hotline in Amsterdam is available during the week from 9 am to 5 pm CET, Customer Service in Berlin can be reached on working days from 8 am to 6 pm CET.

By using our Webtrace tracking tool http://webtrace.klopotek.de you can report problems to us as and when they occur.

If you would like to receive further information regarding access to our special interest Customer Services internet site http://support.klopotek.de, access to our FTP server or tracking tool (Webtrace), please contact the hotline either by telephone or email. A customer account will be set up for you, via which you will be sent all of the information available.
