A total of 204 bookshops voted across 5 criteria, ranking more than 31 major publishers in terms of performance.

Taylor and Francis was voted 2nd in the specific categories of “Rep Support” and “Publishing Quality”, and 3rd and 4th respectively in the areas of “Returns Allowances” and “Head Office Support”.
