Having implemented Klopotek’s Product Planning and Management (PPM) module from Global Turnkey Systems (GTS), each of Moody Publishers’ four initial business reports now derives data entirely from PPM:

• Tracking Report – tracks progress on critical data elements on upcoming titles.
  
• Feasibility Report – provides information on critical benchmark numbers regarding the feasibility of new titles.
  
• Print Review Team / Proposal – begins the process of a title or drops it from the proposed list of titles.
  
• Sell Sheets – an “extremely critical tool for our sales department,” said Gregory Miller, Business Systems Manager. “All 26 sell sheets for our 1st season of 2009 sales conference were created via PPM, and they look great. This report is probably the crowning achievement that proved to our user base the power and usefulness of PPM,” he added.

The next step in the implementation process, due in August-September 2008, is the rollout of Moody’s new web shopping cart, which will be using data exclusively from PPM.
