At the beginning of January 2004 the Belgian educational publisher Wolters Plantyn went live with BSD, Klopotek's sales and distribution system, as well as with CCM, Klopotek's Customer Care Management solution for the publishing industry. The first module, PPM production, had gone live in February 2003. 50 users - located in Mechelen and Brussels - have started working with our applications. They all use the Dutch user interface - even the French speaking part Edition Plantyn in Brussels. Together with the distribution system the financial system sub-component ASW/debtors went live. Klopotek will now accomplish the implementation of the final sub-project PPM, contracts, rights and royalties.
