Klopotek & Partner GmbH received the order to relaunch the site, based on
the company's own content management system c-BiZZ.
The new website reflects the ALBA corporate strategy, to offer innovative and
comprehensive services. A modern website has been designed to suit this strategy
and new content implemented.
"ALBA is developing more and more into a service provider. Part of our new
strategy is to open up to e-Commerce, while continuing to satisfy the growing
business to business demands", sums up Mr. Heinrich, managing director of ALBA
computer consulting and service company.
The wide spectrum of information available on the website, includes
information about the ALBA group set up, waste disposal, recycling and facility
management. Current press releases, job offers with online application
facilities, a dictionary and - of course - information about the ALBA Berlin
basketball team complete the picture. Approximately 70 companies in the ALBA
group introduce themselves and their services on integrated micro sites and
provide e-mail addresses for specialized contacts, encouraging visitors to get
in touch.
Content is provided and edited directly by ALBA. The c-BiZZ content
management system guarantees a dynamic website and makes all news immediately
accessible to the public.
Xenario, an agency based in Hanover and specialized in designing content
management based sites, is responsible for the design.
In the website's new business to business section, ALBA customers will be
able to order online from the classic range of services, and to link directly to
the company's distribution system for online order tracking.
"Our customers will in future be able to track their order status online.
Invoices can either be called up online or sent to the customers by e-mail. We
want to move towards paperless invoicing, online ordering and to be able to
spend more time offering our clients consultancy, online complaints management,
online accounting for subcontractors" comments Mr. Heinrich.
The c-BiZZ content management system, makes it easy for any size or type of
company to provide their customers with complete and up-to-date information,
that would otherwise have been contained in news-letters and advertising
material. This increases customer loyalty and reduces cost.
