Customer Services 

The Customer Services department is part of our Service organisation. A team of 11 offer quick support and consultancy for publishers using Klopotek software. The hotline answers questions that can occur when working with our software and develops immediate solutions to meet customer requirements.
Customer Services also distributes the standardized publishing software, individual software procedures, reports and patches; contact Customer Services and you will always find the right person to deal with any of your inquiries.
The Klopotek telephone hotline is available during the week from 8 am to 6 pm CET and by using our Webtrace tracking tool http://webtrace.klopotek.de  you can report problems to us as and when they occur.
If you would like to receive further information regarding access to our special interest Customer Services internet site http://support.klopotek.de access to our FTP server or tracking tool (Webtrace), please contact the hotline either by telephone or email. A customer account will be set up for you, via which you will be sent all of the information available.
